Hà Thanh Xuân has been very busy lately, releasing a number of solo albums already within the last couple years! Fans of Hà Thanh Xuân will be excited to know that she has just released her latest album. Like some of her past albums (such as “Một Thời Áo Trắng” or “Thánh Ca Dâng Mẹ”), Hà Thanh Xuân has created another concept album, this time called “Những Tình Khúc Mang Tên Các Loài Hoa”. As the title suggests, all of the songs on this album reference different kinds of flowers, a concept that is very popular in Vietnamese culture, music and poetry.
“Những Tình Khúc Mang Tên Các Loài Hoa” is a cohesive album from start to finish, and allows listeners to hear Hà Thanh Xuân’s interpretations on various well-known songs, such as “Màu Hoa Dang Dở”, “Về Lại Đôi Sim”, “Chuyện Tình Hoa Mười Giờ”, and “Mùa Hoa Anh Đào”. While the production and musical arrangements on the album can become a little redundant and uninteresting, Hà Thanh Xuân’s simple style of singing and her undeniably sweet tone vocal tone are relaxing and easy to listen to.
