An NYPD Housing sergeant whose job is to root out low level misconduct in her precinct was suspended without pay Wednesday after she was arrested for shoplifting from a Macy’s in Westchester, police said.
Sgt. Eva Pena, 37, was caught trying to make off with about $400 worth of stuff from the department store at the Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers on Tuesday, cops said. She’s charged with petty larceny.
